1.
Annual
rates are by negotiation.
2.
Standard
rate for evening discos and functions (both halls) - £100 + £100 returnable
deposit (*)
3.
Special
rate applicable to charities for evening discos and functions (both halls) - £50
+ £100 returnable deposit. (*)
4.
Standard
rate for all other 2-hour activities in either hall - £20.
5.
Special
rate for 2-hour activities for voluntary and special interest groups in either
hall - £10.
6.
Rate for
Sunday birthday parties - £10.
Conditions:
·
Deposit
payable on booking acceptance.
·
Requestor
to be a member of the Community Centre to qualify for the in house public
liability insurance cover, otherwise proof of insurance at time of booking must
be presented.
·
The group
must carry their own insurance for their specialist activity.
·
The group
must provide their own supervising staff.
·
The power
rating of the electrical system must not be exceeded. Any power reinforcement
required will be provided by Premier Electric and charged at cost.
·
Fire and
safety requirements shall be observed.
·
Emergency
doors shall be used only in emergencies and for setting up purposes.
·
The
entertainment license conditions shall be observed.
The meeting room is available free of charge,
but prior booking is essential and please remember that good meetings should not
exceed 1 ½ hours. For the sake of the volunteers do not have late meetings.
Please remember that the Centre is run for the
benefit of the community, so if you have any problems or special requirements,
inform the management.
